A need was identified for short stays, ranging from a few days, several weeks to several months. Australian Luxury Stays provides clients with flexibility by managing short stay, medium stay and long term accommodation. Real estate companies typically only manage properties for stays of six months or more and most holiday rental managers restrict to stays of fewer than three months.

Australian Luxury Stays is managed through our central office in Adelaide CBD with property management staff located in Darwin.
