My travel plans have changed, can I modify my reservation on-line?
No. Unfortunately at this stages changes to reservations can only be made trough our head office by calling 1300 884 221. Changing reservations can only be done if the property is available in the new selected period of stay.


 

Where do I find the cancellation policy?

You can find the cancellation policy several places throughout the reservations process. You can also find the policy on the Cancellation Policy page. Additionally, you can find the cancellation policy on both the Confirmation page and the printable confirmation page.

 

Why does your web site load so slowly? I hit a button and nothing happened for a long time. What’s going on?
If you hit a button or a click on a link and nothing happens for an unusually long time, your browser is "hanging". This means it is waiting for information from a server or it is busy processing.

At certain times of the day, the network between your computer and ours gets busy so you have to wait a little longer for a response. We have more than enough computing power to process your requests. If your browser hangs, it is probably due to a network bottleneck somewhere along the way. This should never last more than a minute or two. If it does, the best thing to do is to resubmit your request by pressing the same button (or link) again. If your browser hangs frequently, it may help to clear your cache. To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox, choose Tools and then Clear Recent History and deselect all the checkboxes other than Cache. To clear your cache in Internet Explorer, choose View and then Options and click the Advanced tab. Under Temporary Internet Files, click the Settings button and then Empty Folder.

AustralianLuxuryStays.com.au may be slow for you for a number of reasons. On our side your requests are processed very quickly, even with hundreds of thousands of users. Still there may be slight delays during peak use periods. www. australianluxurystays.com.au 's speed as you experience it will depend on: 1) The speed of your modem (baud rate) or network connection. 2) The speed of your computer's processor. 3) Network efficiency between your computer and our server. 4) How much memory you or your system has allocated to your browser. What should I do if my flight is delayed?

When you submit a booking request you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 hours provided all the details of your booking have been submitted. This confirmation email will include the property managers contact number and further information on your stay. Please contact the Property Manager if you find out that your flight has been delayed and you will not be collecting your keys when scheduled.


 

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Although we are very flexible and minimum stay periods vary slightly from property to property, our minimum length of stay is 3 nights.


 

Are ADSL Broadband and Foxtel Television available in all of your apartments?

No, ADSL and Foxtel aren’t currently available in all apartments. Although can be arranged for longer term stays.


 

Are you available 24 hours?

We provide a 24 hour emergency call out service only.


 

What are your checking in and out times?

Check in is after 1500(3:00pm) and check out is prior to 1100(11:00am).


 

Do you have a late check out provision?

Yes, late check out times can be arranged, please contact us to arrange times.


 

Do you have a take away of delivery service for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes, through our restaurant affiliates you do not have to leave your apartment to enjoy the sumptuous flavours on offer.
