The following cancellation fees will apply:
If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.
If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained.
If less than fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7)notice is given, 50% of the deposit* will be retained.
If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained.
No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in.
You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances.
Notification must be in writing either facsimilie or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.
* The deposit is 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay booked by the client.
